The City of Minot is accepting applications for the position of a Part Time Planning and Code Enforcement Summer Help for the Community Development Department. This is a temporary, non-civil service position. Salary for this position will be $16.50-$18.50 per hour. This will remain Open until Filled.

The Planning and Code Enforcement Intern will assist the needs of the Planning Division of the Community Development Department. The work will largely be supportive in nature for tasks and duties within the purview of the Associate Planner and Zoning/Code Enforcement Officer.

• Possession of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Some college in urban or regional planning, geography, criminal justice, public policy and administration, or related field is preferred.
• Applicants needs to be at least 18 years of age
• Posses a valid Driver License (with acceptable driving record)

+ Compensation

• Starting hourly wage of $16.50-18.50 per hour DOE
• This is a Part Time, FLSA nonexempt, non-civil service position with no benefits provided.
