Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization. This includes various Accounting, Human Resources, Budgeting, and Strategic Planning responsibilities and will directly support the business owner with day to day needs.
Direct Hire Process, Full Time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary Range:
- $55,000 - $60,000 based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounting AR/AP functions
- Manage HR functions including payroll and bonuses (with support of 3rd party payroll company)
- Provide administrative assistance to business owner
- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in all areas of responsibility, most importantly
- Accounting - Experience with QuickBooks Online Required
- HR
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
Preferred Background:
- Relevant industry experience helpful including:
- Sign printing
- Home building
- Real estate services
- Marketing industry
