As the Purchasing clerk you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the Senior buyer
• Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records.
• Enter purchase orders in company system.
• Review and reconcile invoices; resolution on discrepancies. (pricing & cost knowledge)
• Working with warehouse and accounts payable to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies.
• Knowledge of Purchasing and information software programs. (Sage preferred)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• HVAC or Distribution company experience preferred but not required
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Bilingual: English & Spanish
• Knowledge of purchasing functions, inventory, and supply management system
• Good Excel Skills/ Intermediate level- required

SALARY: 45k per year

Schedule: 8AM to 5PM (In-Person)
