Data Entry Clerk – Purchasing
Location: Pulaski, TN
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

We are actively hiring a Data Entry Clerk – Purchasing to support our purchasing and operations teams. This role is critical to maintaining accurate purchasing data, ensuring materials are properly tracked, and supporting production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Enter purchase orders, purchase requests, and vendor data into ERP system (e.g., Foundry)
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records
  • Verify data for accuracy, pricing, and proper coding
  • Track open purchase orders and delivery timelines
  • Support receiving by ensuring goods are entered correctly into the system
  • Assist with invoices, packing slips, and order confirmations
  • Communicate discrepancies or missing information to the Purchasing team
  • Generate reports for purchasing and inventory tracking
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
  • Experience in purchasing, procurement, or manufacturing is a plus
  • ERP system experience (Foundry or similar) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
