PRINCEVALLE PET HOSPITAL (Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Specialist)
Our Veterinary hospital is looking for a qualified individual to join our fast-paced, multi-doctor practice as a Client Service Specialist. This position is most often the first contact, clients have with our hospital, therefore we are looking for a team member that is friendly, energetic, professional, compassionate and has a positive attitude.
Our ideal candidate must be a motivated professional individual who works well with fellow team members. They must also:
*Have a passion for animals
* Be able to manage high call volume
* Have superb written and verbal communication skills
* Have exceptional customer service skills
* Be able to prioritize multiple tasks
* Previous Veterinary clinic experience required
* Previous experience using Idexx Cornerstone Practice Management Software (preferred, not required)
