Customer Service Representative

What matters most as a customer service representative:

Pay at $16/hour
Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Benefits in a Card: 3 medical plans, dental and visionAdditional benefits such as group accident, critical illness w/ cancer benefits, short-term disability, behavioral health, term life, and identity theft
Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card

Your new role as a customer service representative:

Dispatches client requests and follows up with field, posting, and data entry
Prepare invoices, reports, letters, financial statements, and other documents
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
Prepare responses to correspondence, including faxes and emails

Your experience as a customer service representative:

High school diploma or GED
2 years of customer service-related experience required
