Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist for Radiology Facility

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our radiology center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors, while also performing administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

- Provide exceptional customer service

- Patient registration
- Check-in and Check-out

- Verify patient information and insurance coverage

- Enter data accurately into patient’s accounts

- Collect and process payments

- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a medical office or radiology facility preferred

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proficient in Google Suites, Outlook, and electronic medical records systems

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and caring demeanor

- Prior medical office experience a plus

- Bilingual a plus
