Director, Business Partnerships

- Lead in execution and management of all project strategies for new and existing projects, launches, and initiatives, ensuring high quality delivery and profitability.
- Identify and pursue new partnership and vendor opportunities, working closely with marketing and ancillary revenue teams.
- Lead and manage licensor and partner collaboration to effectively communicate and achieve key business objectives through: fulfillment of contractual obligations, project alignment and tracking, approvals management, conflict resolution, all while representing the best interests of each project and business unit.
- Work with partners and internal teams to develop approved global brand and legal guidelines, and outline key project and approval milestones to create an efficient implementation process.
- Identify opportunities to drive revenue optimization of new and existing revenue streams to ensure high business performance and customer satisfaction, working across teams for efficient execution.
- Lead outreach and negotiations for sponsorships, 3rd party offerings, corporate sales and bookings, partnership opportunities, private events, and product refreshes/improvements.
- Manage data insights and analytics to make recommendations for product improvements and revenue growth (i.e. customer offerings and experience, value perception) to drive strategic data-driven decision making.
- Continuously audit existing revenue and data systems and processes for improvement.
- Manage international business, partners, and consultants including reviewing & approving business plans, budgets, reporting, contractual obligations, compliance, quality assurance, and general consultation.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree or applicable experience preferred.
- 8+ years working in a business management role with sales experience, preferably in a ticketed entertainment field.
- Extensive experience with revenue and budget management.
- International experience across regions with established relationships in location based entertainment a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Monday.com and Google Apps. Procore a plus.
- Impeccable organization and appreciation for process.
- Strong, positive communicator (written and verbal) that can effectively work across all internal departments and externally with partners.
- Proactive and resourceful with strong problem solving skills.
- Flexibility and composure under pressure.
- Self-starter who takes full responsibility and ownership of the tasks before them.
- Passion for entertainment and driving guest satisfaction.
- Willing and able to travel as needed to support projects.

The salary range for this role considers a range of variables used in making compensation decisions and may include but is not limited to; experience, training, licenses, certifications, skills sets, business needs, travel. Compensation decisions are dependent on the unique variables that are present, a reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000-$150,000. This range has not been adjusted based on the geographic location of the successful incumbent.
