Job Title: Service Manager / Inspection Coordinator

Department: Low Voltage Division

Reports To: General Manager – Low Voltage Division

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Summary:

Responsible for the scheduling of service calls and inspection, processing, and invoicing of service and service installations from start to end by performing the following duties.

Requirements:

· Excellent Communications skill, both verbal and written.

· Excellent in multi-tasking and organizational skills.

· Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

· Proficient in Microsoft Windows: Microsoft Office.

· Dependable with the want, and ability to get the job completed.

· Must have a positive attitude.

· Preferred five years of low voltage and fire alarm experience.

· Interested in learning new systems and processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Supervise Service Technicians and Low Voltage Inspectors.

· Takes customer service calls for the Low Voltage Division and initiate appropriate responses.

· Responds to incoming service messages within 8-hours of receiving the message.

· Provide support to technicians in the field.

· Prepares schedules for monthly inspections, new installations, and other services for the Low Voltage Division.

· Work closely with Service Sales Representatives as well as Inspection Sales Representatives

· Obtain information needed for new customer creation.

· Assist with the setup new customers in computer system.

· Assist in entering recurring and demand service request orders in computer system.

· Process service request orders in computer system through the processing of invoices, sending invoices to customers, and scanning and uploading invoice copies and work order documents to document management system.

· Possess advance computer skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and other MS Office products.

· Other duties as assigned.
