We are hiring for a long-term, full-time customer service position with benefits. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get back to work with a steady paycheck or to start a career in this field. There will be on-the-job training.

Requirements:

• Bilingually fluent in Spanish and English
• Exceptional communication skills; polite telephone manners
• Technical skills: QuickBooks, MS Word, Excel, Email

Ideal Candidates Must Be:

• Able to work at our office in City of Commerce
• Be punctual (8am-5pm)
• Be hardworking, motivated, reliable in taking enquiries from customers, addressing their concerns, quoting prices, sending production progress report to customers.
• Be a problem-solver and cooperative; as this position requires working and coordinating with the office team and with workers/operators.
• Experienced in any sales/customer service - those who have held these previous positions will be given first priority, especially those who have worked in the printing and packaging industry.

Salary Benefits:

• $20-22/hr
• 1 week of vacation time after first year of employment; 2 weeks after 3rd year.
