During a Typical Day, You'll Deliver an exceptional, relationship-driven member experience in every interaction, with a focus on building trust and loyalty. Act as a guide and educator, helping members confidently navigate a modern, technology-driven platform. Provide knowledgeable, personalized support and clear, actionable guidance tailored to each member's needs. Diagnose issues and resolve inquiries efficiently while teaching members how to avoid or manage similar issues in the future. Collaborate with legacy application teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex or escalated issues. Research and resolve billing, payment, and account-related concerns with accuracy and care. Own the end-to-end member journey, determining the best resolution path or escalation point to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience. Contribute innovative ideas and process improvements that elevate the program and strengthen member engagement and loyalty. What You Bring to the Role High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus. Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal). 3 - 5 years of experience in customer service, training, public relations, public affairs, sales, or marketing. A passion for exceptional customer service, the automotive industry, and cutting-edge technology. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Savvy with the use of technology, software, and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest), while continuously keeping up with current technology trends. What You Can Expect Starting pay rate of $16.00 per hour; some positions may pay up to $20.00 per hour + $2.00 per hour premium for the bilingual skill (based on experience and other factors).
