Location: Pasadena, TX
Full-Time | Direct Hire

About the Role
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative with proven experience and a stable work history to support a fast-paced, customer-focused team.

This role supports a client in the insurance industry, and training will be provided on internal systems, products, and processes.

Weโ€™re looking for someone who can confidently handle customer needs, resolve issues independently, and contribute to a high-quality service environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional customer support in both English and Spanish.
  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Assist with account updates, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy.
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.

Required Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Spanish & English (professional level required).
  • 3+ years of customer service experience.
