We're looking for a fully bilingual Customer Service Representative (English & Spanish) who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for both English-and Spanish-speaking customers. You'll assist with orders, answer questions, resolve concerns, and work closely with internal teams to ensure every customer receives outstanding service.

Primary Responsibilities
