A fast-growing construction services company in Scottsdale is looking for a professional, energetic, and fully bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, communicates confidently in both English and Spanish, and has previous customer service experience.
We're looking for someone who can build strong relationships with customers, handle incoming calls professionally, and keep operations running smoothly while supporting both office staff and field teams.
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in English and Spanish
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests
  • Provide updates to customers regarding projects and timelines
