Available shifts (All in Central Time Zone (CST):
  • 6am-12:30 pm, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
  • 8am-2:30pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdary, Sunday
  • 8am-2:30pm, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
  • 10am-4:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
  • 10am-4:30pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday
  • 1pm-7:30pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

About the Role
We're looking for friendly, reliable, and tech-savvy individuals to join our seasonal customer service team! As a Customer Service Rep., you'll be the first point of contact for our customers regarding their ignition interlock devices (IID)-providing support, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience during our busy season.
This is a work-from-home position ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
  • Answer a high volume of incoming customer interactions with efficiency and professionalism
  • Quickly identify, assess, and resolve customer needs in real-time to ensure a positive experience and satisfaction.
  • Accurately document interactions and follow up as needed
  • Process customer payments accurately and securely as needed.
  • Meet performance goals for quality, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience every time

What We're Looking For
  • Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and technology tools
  • Dependable and able to commit to a part-time, seasonal schedule
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet access
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English
