About Us

Weโ€™re a small, growing health insurance agency with over 10 years of experience serving families in El Paso and New Mexico. We help people understand their health options โ€” not push them into sales. Our office is local, our clients are real people, and our goal is simple: to provide support that matters.

Who Weโ€™re Looking For

Youโ€™re bilingual, patient, and reliable. Maybe youโ€™ve worked in customer service before and youโ€™re ready to work somewhere stable, where your time and skills actually matter.

If you enjoy helping people, want a low-drama, team-focused environment, and speak both Spanish and English fluently, weโ€™d love to meet you.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

Answer incoming calls and help clients with simple questions.

Take detailed messages and follow-ups.

Speak with clients in both English and Spanish.

Use Microsoft Excel and basic internet tools to stay organized.

Help create a smooth, respectful client experience.

What You Need to Bring

Fluent in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).

Friendly phone voice and ability to really listen.

Comfortable with computers (Excel, internet).

Can multitask and stay organized under pressure.

Willing to work on-site โ€” this is not a remote position.

Able to pass a background check.

Why You Might Love It Here

Stable full-time hours or Part-time schedule.

A team that actually respects your time and your effort.

Room to grow your role and responsibility.

A meaningful job โ€” we are not about sales or call quotas.

The office environment is respectful, bilingual, and people-focused

Ready to Apply?

Join a team where customer satisfaction is our top priority. We believe in providing the tools and flexibility you need to thrive professionally and personally, without the need to meet sales or call quotas.

Summary

Bilingual? Good with people? Tired of toxic work environments? Letโ€™s talk. This could be your next long-term move.
