ENTRY Level Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Location: El Paso Insurance, El Paso, TX (On-site only)
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay: $11.00 $12.00/hour
Experience: Entry-level position, 2 -3 years of experience preferred.

Were a small, growing health insurance agency with over 10 years of experience serving families in El Paso and New Mexico. We help people understand their health options not push them into sales. Our office is local, our clients are real people, and our goal is simple: to provide support that matters.
Who Were Looking For

Youre bilingual, patient, and reliable. Maybe youve worked in customer service before and youre ready to work somewhere stable, where your time and skills actually matter.
If you enjoy helping people, want a low-drama, team-focused environment, and speak both Spanish and English fluently, wed love to meet you.
What Youll Be Doing

  • Answer incoming calls and help clients with simple questions.
  • Take detailed messages and follow-ups.
  • Speak with clients in both English and Spanish.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and basic internet tools to stay organized.

What You Need to Bring
