As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for residents seeking information and assistance with essential city services. You will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our vibrant community by ensuring residents receive accurate and timely support.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist residents by providing information and resolving inquiries related to non-emergency municipal services.
  • Handle service requests for public works, sanitation, code enforcement, and other essential city services.
  • Accurately log and track service requests to ensure timely resolutions as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative
  • Collaborate with city departments to address and resolve community concerns.
