Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support the Provider Network team. In this role, you will assist Medicaid providers and clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate and unbiased support to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, claims status, and program-related inquiries
  • Handling inbound calls professionally, ensuring prompt and courteous responses
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions in the system
  • Routing calls to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Meeting defined performance, productivity, and attendance standards
