About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client, a well-established manufacturing organization, to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This position is ideal for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and supporting customers in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Description:

The Temporary Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing support through phone, email, and other communication channels. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through phone and email communication.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships by delivering high-quality service and support.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to orders, shipments, billing, and other service-related issues.
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer information and account records.
  • Process new orders, modifications, returns, and related transactions in accordance with company procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
  • Escalate product-specific questions or complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Monitor order activity and assist in maintaining accurate order backlogs and records.
  • Support customer feedback initiatives and satisfaction programs.
  • Assist with pricing updates and other administrative customer service functions as needed.
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate trends to management.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Previous experience supporting customers within a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Bilingual and fluent in Spanish.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with individuals across multiple departments.
