Customer Service & Sales: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns to create customized solutions. Sell and fulfill banking products including credit cards, lending solutions, and checking/savings accounts. Referrals: Identify client needs for licensed sales functions and make strategic referrals to internal business partners.

Risk Management: Manage risk in every business, product, and service transaction by leveraging available tools and following guidelines. Relationship Building: Create a positive client experience through active listening, addressing questions clearly, building rapport, and handling objections effectively. BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE BANKER (ENGLISH/SPANISH) | REQUIREMENTS: Language: Must be fully fluent in both Spanish and English (speaking, writing, and reading).

Education: Minimum High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience. Technical Skills: Minimum of an intermediate level of proficiency with computers and an ability to learn new technology/processes.

Core Competencies: Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and active listening skills. Self-motivated with excellent organizational habits and attention to detail. Flexibility to work the required schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Comfort with ongoing change and receiving continuous performance feedback/coaching. Desired Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves): Experience working in a call center or inbound/outbound contact center (phone, chat, and/or video). Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry (e.g., as a Personal Banker managing high client volume).
