This role will put you on the front line with our customers, answering questions and directing calls to the right people when more complicated concerns arise. People skills and being solution-minded is a must in this role! Customer Service will put you in a crucial position within Trinity and allow you to gain a plethora of knowledge about our business operations on both sides of the freight we are arranging. With ample room for growth and exposure to all sides of the business, this position will provide you the opportunity to step into the logistics world and begin an exciting career!
