Alta Resources is looking forย Spanishย Speaking Customer Service Representatives to provide professional, high-quality, โ€œbest-in-classโ€ customer service and sales support.ย 
ย 

As aย Spanishย Bilingual Customer Careย Repย you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the life of customers. You will listen to, talk with and problem solve the issues of concerned customers, most of whom are primaryย Spanishย speakers.ย 
ย 

Spanishย Speaking Customer Service Representatives Responsibilities include:ย 

  • Work with inbound and/or outbound phone calls, email, socialย mediaย and other forms of communication to address the needs of our clientsโ€™ customers.ย 

  • Helpย facilitate,ย analyzeย andย resolve (i.e., troubleshoot)ย customer issues.ย 

  • Provide product support.ย 

  • Investigate and follow up on questions/issues to resolve concerns inย an accurateย andย timelyย manner.ย 

  • Provide solutions,ย recommendationsย and product information with a sense of urgency,ย positivityย and empathy.ย 
    ย 

Qualifications/Requirements:ย 

  • Must be fluent inย Spanishย and English, both verbally and in the written word.ย 

  • Strong desireย and passion to help people, or as we say at Alta Resources, โ€œTake care of people.โ€ย 

  • Excellent interpersonal,ย verbalย and written communication skills.ย 

  • Ability to build relationships with clients,ย consumersย and coworkers.ย 

  • Strong organization and time management skills.ย

Education & Experience:ย 

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED, HSED)ย required.ย Post highย school education is preferred.ย 

  • Previousย work experience in customer service, sales, training, or member retentionย required.ย 

  • Ability to quickly learn program and product knowledge, work on a PC andย navigateย a Windows environment.ย 

  • Beginner to Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel,ย PowerPointย and Outlook.ย 

  • Polished phone demeanor,ย toneย and etiquetteย isย required.ย
