Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is immediately hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Rep position in Killeen, TX!

Job Title: Bilingual - Spanish Customer Service Rep
Location: Killeen, TX 76541
Job Type: Full-time
Pay/Salary: $17.00 per hour to start

Hours of Work: M-F 8am-5pm
  • Bilingual Customer Service Representative needed for busy office environment to Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
  • Confer with customers by telephone, email, and mail to provide information about products or services, take or enter customer information into electronic and paper customer records, track customer requests to verify closure of customer inquiries.
  • Handles roughly 65-120 calls a day.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of one year of general office or call center related experience is required.
  • Prefer candidate with strong customer service and phone etiquette skills
  • Must be friendly and personable
  • Must be able to handle difficult situations with compassion and control
  • Strong Data Entry and basic computer skills are needed
  • Bilingual-Spanish Skills are required.
