Job Description

Excellent full time position available for a dependable, multi talker with good communication skills in a busy medical office (orthotics & prosthetics/DME). Must speak English and Spanish. Computer skills required, ability to order supplies, answer multiline phones, schedule appointments (Medflex software), fill in where needed in front office, have good time-management and organizational skills with attention to detail. Also must be familiar with medicare and other health insurance, medical insurance authorizations and verification, copay collecting, etc. Must be a team player, cheerful disposition, good customer service skills, exhibit patience and kindness and good attendance. If you have experience and possess all of these qualifications, please submit your resume. The hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We are located near Interstate 5 and Interstate 8.
