Duties: You will be the first to greet the patients welcoming them to our company and making each patient feel special!

Answer multiple phone lines, retrieve voice messages Faxing, Scanning Payment Processing, Collecting Co - Pay's Patient Scheduling, Referral Processing Patient Verification and Appointment Packets
