Job Summary:

Performs duties that assist the Training Department and HR Department with preparation of multi-media training materials. Training content may cover work procedures, product use, safety, customer service, works skills, language skills or other topics. Performs data collection and reporting related to training requirements and completions.

Knowledge | Experience | Skills:

High School Diploma or GED required. Currently working towards a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, etc. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Need to be able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain updated curriculum database, skills matrices, and training records.
• Help facilitate New Employee Orientation. Ensure new hires are welcomed, trained, and successfully transitioned to their new manager.
• Assist with collection of data for management reports.
• Maintain in-house training equipment to facilitate training activity.
• Assist with the design and preparation of educational aids and materials.
• Support and/or provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
• Provide information to employees on training requirements, and optional training opportunities.
• Support HR department activities as needed.
• Discretion regarding confidential employment matters is required.
