Located in San Diego, California, we are currently expanding our team and offering a fully remote opportunity for a talented and dedicated Commercial Insurance Marketing CSR.
Location: San Diego, California (100% Remote)

Responsibilities
- Market commercial insurance accounts to various carriers, ensuring clients receive the best coverage and pricing available.
- Collaborate with insurance agents and underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and premiums.
- Utilize online rating tools and software to price and compare insurance policies accurately.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with carriers and clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Keep abreast of market trends and developments within the commercial insurance sector.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience managing commercial insurance accounts.
- California Property & Casualty license is required.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and communication skills
- Experience with Applied EPIC agency management system is a plus.
