POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Senior Multimedia Producer, the Multimedia Producer will produce stylistic and immersive short videos and animations with Thorne’s Marketing Department. Employee will be an integral member of our agile production workflow and assist on other creative projects when needed. Employee will be a creative, out-of-box thinker - sky’s the limit!

FLSA STATUS: Exempt

RESPONSIBILITIES – Satisfactorily performing and/or achieving the following Responsibilities are essential duties of the job

• Comfortable to be a one-man-band with minimal production assistance.
• Ability to capture impromptu HQ video in the field.
• Assists in pre-production, recording, and post productions of podcasts.
• Researching and gathering B-roll
• Maintaining organized B-roll library/media workflow.
• Editing video clips and motion graphics templates into effective, attractive videos.
• Collaborate with writers and creative team with storyboarding.
• Assist with scheduling, props management, stage design.
• Assist with equipment hire- audio, video and lighting.
• Assist with music selection and audio editing.
• Create animations using After Effects.
• Still photography knowledge a plus

What You Need:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in video editing/producing.

Physical Demands:

• Able to work in front of a computer monitor for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in a stationary position as well as move about unassisted. Must be able to hear and converse with supervisors and other employees. Must be able to read large volumes of printed material. Must be able to work in a moderate noise level environment.
