Salary Range: $62,000.00 To $78,000.00 Annually

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:

Multimedia Content Producer is responsible to create engaging visual content for social media and marketing initiatives supporting our game titles. This is a hands-on production role focused primarily on video content, with opportunities to work across photography, graphics, and other visual assets.

The ideal candidate is a creative and resourceful producer who can take projects from concept and planning through shooting, editing, and final delivery. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys hands-on content creation and is comfortable working across different formats and platforms.

The Multimedia Content Producer will work closely with the Marketing & PR team and other internal teams to create timely, high-quality content that supports game launches, announcements, social media initiatives, events, and other marketing activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities (Priorities)

  • Video Content Production:

Create and produce original video content for social media and marketing channels, including short-form videos, promotional clips, behind-the-scenes content, event content, and other campaign assets.

  • Video Editing:

Handle day-to-day video editing, including cutting footage, basic color correction, audio adjustments, captions, transitions, and formatting for different social media platforms.

  • Content Planning:

Develop concepts, basic scripts, storyboards, and shot lists for social media videos and other visual content. Help translate marketing objectives into engaging visual stories.

  • Social Media Content:

Create platform-appropriate video and visual content for channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Understand platform specifications, trends, and content best practices.

  • Photography & Image Editing:

Capture and edit photography for social media, events, products, and marketing initiatives. Edit images using tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software.

  • Marketing Asset Creation:

Create simple promotional graphics, thumbnails, social media assets, and other visual materials to support ongoing marketing and social media activities.

  • Brand & Visual Quality:

Ensure content is visually polished, consistent with brand guidelines, and appropriate for the intended audience and platform.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support:

Support marketing campaigns through video and social content production, working with the internal design team and external creative agencies as needed.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with marketing, PR, community, design, and other internal teams to understand project objectives, gather necessary assets, and deliver content according to campaign needs.

  • Creative Development:

Contribute ideas for new social content formats, recurring content series, and creative concepts that can help increase audience engagement.

  • Project Management:

Manage multiple content projects and deadlines simultaneously, communicate progress, incorporate feedback, and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in video production, content creation, multimedia production, social media content, or a related field.
  • Strong video editing skills using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Experience creating video content specifically for social media and digital platforms.
  • Basic experience with video production, including shooting, lighting, audio, and camera operation.
  • Strong visual storytelling and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar image-editing tools.
  • Understanding of social media formats, specifications, and content best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within established brand guidelines.
  • A portfolio or reel demonstrating video and visual content production experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating content for gaming, entertainment, technology, or other consumer-focused brands.
  • Experience with photography and event content production.
  • Familiarity with After Effects or other motion graphics tools.
  • Experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or other short-form video content.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and basic content performance metrics.
  • Experience supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, or live events.
  • Knowledge of gaming culture, Japanese games, or JRPGs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Specific vision abilities include the ability to read and analyze data in hard copy and on a computer screen, measure, or identify using eyesight and adjust vision focus.
