Human Resources Manager

The candidate for this position must consent to and pass a background and drug test. This is a position combining a Human Resources Generalist and a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The emphasis of the role is to manage the Human Resource function focusing on retaining talent, while driving the talent acquisition process.

A successful candidate must have experience in all areas of Human Resources, including recruiting, hiring, on- boarding, off-boarding, employee retention, all employee benefits, goals and objectives, performance reviews.

The Human Resources Manager will manage the entire recruiting process from working with the hiring manager to identify needs, create job descriptions, ideal candidate resume, define compensation package, recruiting, identify best in class search firms to source talent, managing search firms, and coordinating interview schedule, negotiating contracts, creating offer letter, on-boarding new employees, integrating into the culture and long-term employee retention. The goal is to attract top-tier talent that fits our culture, reducing the time to hire and recruiting expenses and driving long-term retention.

Reports to: Human Resources and Finance Advisor

Skills Required and Experience Required:

• Experience in all areas of HR: recruiting, onboarding/off boarding, PTO administration, employee performance, reviews, Health Benefits, 401k retirement plans.
• Solid experience with recruiting tools such as Linked In and Indeed
• Five years experience managing outside recruiting firms

Education Required:

• BS / MS degree in Human Resources or related field
• SHRM Certified
