RAD Diversified is a Real Estate Investment company. We are seeking a professional,
detailed-oriented Human Resources Recruiter. The recruiter is responsible for full cycle
recruitment at all levels of the business. In this role, you will manage projects as
assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
 

Responsibilities:

• Proactively perform full cycle recruiting
• Partner with hiring managers to identify needs and create job requisitions
• Source for top talent on job search engines and build a pipeline
• Interview candidates to find matches
• Manage a forward-thinking pre-employment process
• Think outside the box and find creative ways to find qualified candidates
• Assist with employee engagement and evaluations and compensation initiatives

Requirements:

• 2+ years of HR/Recruiting experience
• Familiar with Google platform (docs, sheets, meets)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and organization skills
• Can handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• HR degree or HR certification is preferred
