We are seeking an Operations Specialist with a strong background in facilities, office operations, and departmental support. This role requires a proactive individual who can seamlessly integrate with our facilities staff to ensure the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of our office and production operations in compliance with industry standards. The Operations Specialist will be pivotal in managing office support services, and collaborating with various departments to boost productivity and efficiency. This role involves strategic planning, budget management, and contributing to special projects that support our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities Management: Collaborate closely with facilities staff to ensure all office and production operations are maintained safely and efficiently, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Office Operations: Oversee administration, procurement, and inventory management, applying best practices to optimize operations.
- Departmental Support: Work with R&D, Production, Sales, and other departments, providing operational support and spearheading initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of operational strategies and processes that align with company goals.
- Budget Management: Oversee the operational budget, monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality.
- Support Management: Participate in special projects, including company expansion, relocation, and other initiatives to meet business needs.
- Additional Duties: Carry out other tasks as needed to support the organization's objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 1 years of operations experience.
- Detail-oriented and a collaborative team player.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese Mandarin.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing projects with minimal supervision.
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.
