Janitorial Supervisor- Overnights

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 pm - 5 am

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Head Custodian to oversee the cleaning and maintenance of our facility. As the Head Custodian, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment for staff and visitors. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Buff and maintain floors to ensure they are clean and presentable
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require attention or repairs
- Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance and repairs
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Train and supervise custodial staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with event setup and cleanup as needed

Skills:
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and waxing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures is a plus
