How much do cna monday friday jobs pay per hour?

As of Jun 17, 2026, the average hourly pay for cna monday friday in the United States is $20.06, according to ZipRecruiter salary data. Most workers in this role earn between $16.35 and $22.60 per hour, depending on experience, location, and employer.

What is the highest paid CNA job?

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) working in specialized settings such as long-term care, hospice, or home health often earn higher wages. Additionally, CNAs with advanced certifications or experience in high-demand areas like ICU or emergency rooms may receive higher pay, especially if they work overtime or night shifts. However, overall, CNA salaries are generally consistent across roles, with top-paying positions typically found in healthcare facilities with higher budgets or in regions with higher living costs.

Why do so many CNAs quit?

Many CNAs quit due to low wages, physically demanding work, high stress levels, and limited opportunities for advancement. The job often involves long hours, emotional strain, and sometimes inadequate support or recognition, leading to burnout and turnover.

Can you make $100,000 as a CNA?

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) typically earn salaries well below $100,000 annually, with most earning between $25,000 and $40,000 per year. Achieving a $100,000 salary usually requires additional certifications, experience, working in high-paying regions, or taking on supervisory or specialized roles. The standard CNA role alone does not typically offer such high earnings.

What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) working Monday through Friday typically earns less than $10,000 a month; however, some specialized healthcare roles, sales positions, or skilled trades like real estate or certain tech jobs can reach that income level without a degree. Achieving $10,000 monthly often requires experience, certifications, or commission-based earnings in high-demand fields.

What is a CNA Monday-Friday job?

A CNA Monday-Friday job is a certified nursing assistant position with a work schedule limited to weekdays, typically avoiding weekends. These roles are common in settings like clinics, outpatient facilities, schools, and offices where patient care is scheduled during business hours. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and supporting nurses or medical staff. This type of schedule can provide better work-life balance compared to traditional CNA roles that often require weekend shifts.

What does a typical weekday schedule look like for a CNA working Monday through Friday?

A CNA with a Monday through Friday schedule typically works standard daytime hours, often aligning with the facility's regular shift patterns such as 7am–3pm or 8am–4pm. Your day usually involves assisting patients with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, helping with mobility, and supporting nursing staff with basic medical tasks. Since you’re working weekdays, you may also participate in interdisciplinary meetings or routine care planning sessions. The consistency of the schedule can be ideal for maintaining work-life balance and coordinating with other team members in a structured environment.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Cna Monday Friday position, and why are they important?

To excel as a CNA Monday-Friday, you must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification, strong patient care skills, and a basic understanding of healthcare protocols. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and vital signs monitoring equipment is commonly required. Outstanding communication, patience, and teamwork are essential soft skills that enhance your effectiveness in supporting both patients and healthcare staff. Together, these qualifications and attributes ensure the delivery of safe, compassionate, and efficient care in a structured weekday healthcare environment.
