Our Entry Level Account Manager has the opportunity to work with our top clients by showing reputable and reliable performance. The Entry Level Account Manager team works closely with our customer service and sales teams to ensure every customer is left satisfied. Our main focus is maximizing our customer base, boosting sales by conducting market research and improving business strategies. Our Entry Level Account Managers must establish the principles of exceptional customer service, superior sales strategies, and, above all unprecedented problem-solving abilities.

Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Work within all departments as the liaison between them and the client to convey information, ensure comprehension, and make certain everything gets done in an accurate, efficient manner.

• Participate and attend client meetings, keeping up on trends, changes, and competitor actions that might affect their client.

• Work with the customer service team by assisting customers and their desired needs of service, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns and any service questions.

• Increase sales by overturning objections and upselling products when applicable.

• Maintain customer satisfaction by developing genuine relationships with current and new customers.

• Conduct market research and weekly and monthly sales data to ensure that our company is constantly increasing profit margins and customer acquisition.

Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field

• Proven experience working with clients, managing customer relationships, driving sales, or managing a diverse team

• Background in a sales-driven environment is preferred but not required.

• The ability to negotiate, exhibit a positive demeanor, and work under pressure is key.
