Hotel General Manager

 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all departments, maintaining high standards of service, and maximizing revenue. Duties: - Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments - Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and maximize revenue - Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback to ensure a positive experience - Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery - Manage budgets and control expenses to optimize profitability - Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies and attract new guests - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations - Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and services - Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices Experience: - Proven experience in hotel management or related field - Strong knowledge of phone systems, front desk operations, and guest services - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Proficient in budgeting and revenue management - Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team - Bilingual skills are highly desirable We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
