The Hotel General Manager would be responsible for daily operations oversight including topline revenue, bottom line profitability, management and leadership of all team members, achieving excellent Marriott metrics for Intent to Recommend, Elite Appreciation, etc., achieving excellent STR RGI metrics, surpassing all Marriott goals for Marriott Bonvoy enrollments, brand standards audits and ensuring al guests have an exceptional stay experience.
