We are looking for an Executive Vice President who has insurance brokerage experience and strong management skills to join a stellar insurance agency located in Sacramento, CA. The Executive Vice President is responsible for supervising and overseeing different departments, teams, and employees, alongside day-to-day operations.

What we need from you. . .

• Experienced - You have 5-7+ insurance brokerage operations experience
• Licensed - You have your active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license
• Educated - You have the drive to keep learning. High school diploma required, college degree preferred
• Tech-savvy - You are technologically savvy with Applied Epic, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
• Comprehensive knowledge - You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Work Ethic - You love working in a collaborative team environment and have a desire to help others!

Your responsibilities. . .

• Supervising employees
• Managing day-to-day operations
• Interfacing and reporting to Board of Directors and Executive Directors
• Providing leadership and support to team members
• Overseeing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures of an insurance brokerage
