Part Time Customer Service Representative Summary
We are looking for a part-time cashier to join our team. We are a durable medical equipment vendor and need someone to facilitate money transactions for customers using a cash register. Cashiers handle large amounts of money each day, so you will also be expected to act with honesty and integrity. You must possess excellent customer service skills and knowledge of our products.
Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities
- Greeting customers in a positive manner and helping them find specific items.
- Entering purchases into the cash register to calculate the purchase price.
Customer Service Reprenstative Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Being able to do basic mathematics, and handle and count cash.
- 1-2 years of experience in medical or patient billing.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
Compensation $11-$15.00/hr
