Parts Sales Representative (Bartlett, TN)

Position Summary:

The Parts Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth at their assigned branch by identifying and developing on-site sales opportunities. This includes maximizing upselling potential and increasing parts sales through effective use of consignment inventory and impulse buying strategies.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively identifying and pursuing new parts sales opportunities within existing customer locations.
  • Promoting and managing consignment inventory to encourage increased parts usage and convenience for customers.
  • Expanding consignment programs, particularly with customers that have in-house maintenance operations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prospecting and developing new parts customer accounts to support continued territory growth.
  • Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored parts solutions that drive efficiency and value.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Ideal candidate willpossess:

-Prior forklift (or auto) parts counter experience desirable.

-Comfortable using systems, software and digital tools to manage accounts, track parts sales, and analyze opportunities

-Leverage technology to improve efficiency and customer experience

Minimum Qualifications:

-High School Diploma. Technical School desirable

-Must maintain valid Driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

-Ability to lift 25 - 100 lbs. occasionally.

-Good Attendance, including a timely arrival each day, is an essential function of thisposition.
