We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused Parts Sales Representative to join our Parts Department. Whether assisting retail customers, service technicians, wholesale accounts, or commercial clients, this position plays a critical role in helping our dealerships deliver an exceptional ownership experience.

What You'll Do
  • Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers with parts inquiries and purchases

  • Identify and source the correct parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems

  • Build relationships with local repair facilities, body shops, and commercial accounts

  • Generate additional sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling

  • Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure timely repairs

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management

  • Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments

  • Process invoices, credits, returns, and warranty parts as required

  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department
