Job description

Bilingual (French/English) Replacement Rental Representative

The Support Services Division for Enterprise Mobility is excited to announce an opportunity for the position of Bilingual (French/English) Replacement Rental Representative within the Replacement Services team!

The Bilingual Replacement Rental Representative provides day-to-day account support serving as a liaison between branch personnel and insurance adjusters in their assigned area. This position focuses on providing excellent service to maintain strong relationships with accounts, support insurance replacement rental goals, improve customer service, reduce costs, and increase business.

This full-time position is a work from home opportunity with a schedule of Monday–Friday with a start time from 7:00am-8:00am CT. The pay for this position is $18.90/hr.

Four-week paid virtual training program

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT

Attendance is required for the four-week training process

This team consists of over 4,000 customer service professionals, support staff and management around the globe in 15 different countries with 70+ million customer contacts handled annually.
