La función principal del Parts Representative es facilitar el suministro eficiente y preciso de piezas automotrices para el taller, como para clientes. Este puesto requiere una combinación de conocimientos técnicos sobre componentes automotrices, habilidades interpersonales sólidas y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo acelerado y orientado al servicio. Su principal responsabilidad es asegurar que las piezas correctas estén disponibles y se entreguen a tiempo, mediante el uso de sistemas electrónicos de catálogo, software de gestión de inventario y procesos establecidos por el concesionario o empresa automotriz. Además, el representante debe mantener una comunicación efectiva con clientes, proveedores y personal interno, manejar devoluciones, resolver discrepancias y contribuir activamente al cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas y satisfacción del cliente. El Parts Representative juega un rol estratégico en la rentabilidad del negocio, ya que su desempeño impacta directamente en la eficiencia del taller, la fidelización del cliente y la gestión del inventario. Requisitos

  • Diploma de escuela superior (requisito mínimo).
  • Estudios técnicos en mecánica automotriz, logística o administración (preferible).
  • Mínimo de dos (2) años de experiencia en ventas de piezas automotrices, atención al cliente en concesionarios, talleres o distribuidores.
  • Conocimiento práctico de componentes automotrices y su aplicación por modelo, año y especificaciones de vehículo.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de inventario, ordenes especiales, garantías y devoluciones.
  • Capacidad para levantar o movilizar mercancía de hasta 50 libras de manera segura.
  • Familiaridad con sistemas de gestión de piezas y software ERP (CDK, Tekion).
  • Experiencia en uso de catálogos electrónicos de piezas.
  • Alta orientación al servicio al cliente y solución de problemas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Atención al detalle, organización y seguimiento efectivo.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semanas, de ser necesario.
  • Bilingüe (inglés, español).
