Department: Parts Department
Reports To: Parts Manager


Overview

The Parts Advisorโ€™s main responsibility is to maintain a well-organized and cost-efficient parts department and warehouse, promoting the sale of products. Thus, ensuring a high level of parts availability and supporting increased parts sales. This is achieved by working proactively with internal and external customers daily. This work contributes to an optimized utilization of the service shop and long profitable relations with the customers.ย

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to Parts Business & Customer Relations โ€“ Supporting parts sales to external & internal customers. Contributing to the development of customer relationships through the provision of excellent customer service.ย 
  • Support Parts Availability โ€“ Securing the availability of the right parts at the right time for external and internal customers.
  • Support Parts Operations Compliance โ€“ Contribute to the running of a well-organized and cost-efficient parts operations, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, fulling external and internal customer needs.
