POSITION SUMMARY
As the Senior Human Resources Generalist you will be responsible for supporting and independently leading a variety of human resources functions related to employee relations, employee engagement activities, benefits, leaves of absence administration, HRIS administration, training, policies and procedures, employee development, and provides accurate and timely processing of personnel information with a high service level to management, employees, and applicants.
What you will be doing
- Manage the onboarding process, including background checks, orientation, and training.
- Initiate onboarding in HRIS, send welcome letters, and collect new hire documents.
- Conduct new hire orientations on Company policies, culture, and benefits.
- Provide support to employees and management on policies, laws, and regulations.
- Offer expertise on employment matters, including coaching, training, and investigations.
- Lead or support annual HR tasks such as performance management and benefits enrollment.
- Process employee terminations and update HRIS.
- Collaborate with HR team on new initiatives and acquisition onboarding.
- Review and audit forms and invoices related to background checks.
- Maintain electronic personnel and benefit files.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws.
- Adhere to Company policies, procedures, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field or equivalent, preferred.
- At least five years related experience in human resources functions with healthcare focus.
- PHR or SPHR Certification preferred.
