Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations within a fast-paced plant environment. This individual will serve as a strategic business partner to leadership while overseeing employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compliance, and day-to-day HR functions.


Key Responsibilities:

โ€ข Lead all human resources activities for a manufacturing facility including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management

โ€ข Partner with plant leadership to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and operational goals

โ€ข Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices

โ€ข Oversee hiring efforts for hourly and salaried positions across multiple departments

โ€ข Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and workplace standards

โ€ข Support training, coaching, performance development, and employee retention initiatives

โ€ข Assist with compensation, benefits administration, and HR reporting activities

โ€ข Drive HR process improvements and support a positive workplace culture


Qualifications:

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred

โ€ข 5+ years of HR experience within manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments

โ€ข Strong employee relations and leadership experience

โ€ข Knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and HR best practices

โ€ข Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations

โ€ข Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

โ€ข HRIS experience preferred
