HR Assistant Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including new hire paperwork and orientation preparation.
  • The HR Assistant will maintain accurate employee files and ensure HR records remain organized and up to date.
  • Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Process employment-related documentation, including status changes and personnel records.
  • The HR Assistant will assist with benefits administration, employee inquiries, and other day-to-day HR functions.
