Community Care Partners is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead all aspects of the HR function for a growing healthcare organization. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and enjoys partnering directly with executive leadership to drive organizational success. Community Care Partners provides personalized support services for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) throughout New Jersey.

What You'll Do:

Strategic HR Leadership

· Serve as the senior HR leader and trusted advisor to executive leadership.

· Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and growth initiatives.

Compliance & Risk Management

· Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including DDD, DHS, ACA, FMLA, EEO-1, unemployment claims, credentialing, and employment documentation.

· Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and compliance programs that mitigate organizational risk.

Talent & Employee Lifecycle Management

· Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, corrective action processes, and offboarding.

· Create scalable HR programs and systems that support organizational growth.

Leadership & Team Development

· Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.

Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations

· Provide oversight of benefits administration, workers' compensation, payroll coordination, and total rewards programs.

HR Systems & Analytics

· Manage HRIS platforms, workforce analytics, dashboards, and reporting.

· Leverage data to drive informed business decisions and workforce planning initiatives.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

· Manage relationships with benefits providers, payroll partners, regulatory agencies, and external HR vendors.


Requirements:

What are we looking For?

· Bachelor's degree required; Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

· Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2+ years in a senior HR leadership role.

· Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

· Ability to work on-site in New Jersey; local candidates only. Bi-Lingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
