Technical Customer Service Representative Overview:
• New customer setup
• Assisting customers in identifying spare parts
• Providing customers with quotes on spare parts and consumable parts
• Processing orders
• Assists tech supervisor in service coordination
• Researches and resolves customer questions, requests, and problems promptly and courteously.
• Keeps customer informed of order status
• Ensure data quality
• Assist in warehouse and shipping and receiving
• Answer phones
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Customer Focused
• Detail Oriented
• Organized
• SAP Experience is a plus
• Salesforce Experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Well organized self-starter.
• Ability to multi-task.
Reports to: Technical Support Supervisor
Position Type: Full-Time
Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
