Phoenix Sales Manager (Copier/Printer Channel Exp. Req.)
Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Relocation Assistance is Available)
Salary: Base $70K-$100K + uncapped commission: Est ~Yr1 $20K-$40, Yr2 $40K-75K (prepaid/draw avail)

Job Type: Full-Time
Core hours: M-F, 8 am – 5 pm

Phoenix Sales Manager (Copier/Printer Channel Exp. Req.) Description

Our client in the business technology industry is looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead their Phoenix sales team. In this role, you will manage, motivate, and train sales reps responsible for consulting with companies to recommend business solutions such as copier/printer equipment, managed print services, and managed IT services. The ideal candidate has a solid background in copier/printer B2B sales with prior management and team-building experience. You must be a dependable and creative self-starter passionate about sales and facilitating growth through team development. Phoenix Sales Manager (Copier/Printer Channel Exp. Req.) Responsibilities

• Manage a sales team to maximize revenue and meet or exceed goals
• Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team (current size: 3-4)
• Facilitate growth by hiring & onboarding new reps for the Phoenix sales territory
• Support reps in developing their customer base and sales strategies (75%)
• Identify and pursue your own business leads (25%)
• Conduct weekly team meetings and performance reviews
• Regularly attend on-site client meetings to support Sales Representatives
• Assess client needs with a consultative and customer-focused sales approach
• Assist with client presentations and closing deals as part of team member training
• Support with the preparation of customer quotes and provide approvals for discounted pricing
• Implement policies and procedures to improve business practices
• Forecast sales and revenue streams: weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
• Develop strong business relationships with new and existing customers

Phoenix Sales Manager (Copier/Printer Channel Exp. Req.) Qualifications

• Sales experience in the copier/printer industry is required
• Prior management experience, including building and training a team, is required
• Ability to spend 50% of your time at customer appointments in your local territory is required
• Working on-site at the Phoenix office, while not at client meetings, is required
• Reliable transportation is required
