Xylem is hiring a Channel Sales Rep!

The Channel Management Sales Representative supports Xylem's Aquatics and Disinfection Solutions sales organization by assisting in the development, maintenance, and optimization of relationships with channel partners, distributors, and dealers within the water industry. This role helps promote and support products and services used in aquatics, pools, and disinfection applications. Responsibilities include assisting with partner onboarding, conducting market and channel research, maintaining accurate sales and partner records, and collaborating with senior sales and channel managers. The Channel Sales Representative works closely with internal teams to help ensure channel sales objectives are met and partner needs are supported efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Answering customer inquiries and providing product information
  • Assisting with product selection and recommending alternative options
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Sales Support: Assisting sales team with administrative tasks and follow-ups

Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 plus sales incentives. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
