Human Resource Generalist

RemX is seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner II to join the team in Kent, WA area!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Execution of transactional core HR processes (e.g. coordinate and conduct new associate
  orientation, unemployment claims processes, onboarding and exit interviews, transitional
  return to work, leave administration, OSHA reporting, etc.)
• Provide coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors regarding policy and
  procedure
• Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and staffing plans
• Assist and maintain the eTime system and payroll-related activities
• Aid HRBP to drive an inclusive and diverse culture
• Administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with major or emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration or
  a closely related field
• 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources management preferred and/or an equivalent
  combination of related training and experience
• Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) Professional Human Resources (PHR) or
  Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred
• Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points
  being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reading and understanding the information and ideas presented in writing
• Communicating information and ideas in speaking so others will understand
