Job Description

Unique opportunity for a F/C Bookkeeper to join the team! Hours are 7:30-4:00 Monday-Friday, this is an in-office position reporting to the Owner/Presidentr Must be fluent andf well trained on QUICKBOOKS - use QB ENTERPRISE.

Responsibilities will include:

Preparing accounting records (compiling and analyzing)
Reconcile and audit company financial records / financial statements
Anlyze and study trending A/P and A/R
Posting financial transactions to proper accounts - prepare financial statements
Other projects as assigned

Experience & Education:

HS Diploma or equivalent - any college/accounting courses preferred
Excellent skill set using Quickbooks Enterprise
3+ years Bookkeeping / Accounting experience working in a medium sized profitable business
Reconciliation experience
Self-motivated and able to take direction meet deadlines
Analytical and detail oriented, problem solving skills
Able to provide proper customer service to vendors verbally and written
